Danny Murphy
is the Chair
Danny Murphy is the Managing Director of LWP Property Group,
the project managers for the Ellenbrook Development. He has over
20 years experience in urban planning and development which has
provided him with many insights into the needs of sustainable
and connected communities.
The Ellenbrook Cultural Foundation was the brainchild of Danny
who feels that to address many negative trends in developing new
suburbs, more proactive measures are needed to enhance the self
esteem of communities. He sees a mutual responsibility between
the community and the developer so that structures which bring
these two parties together and establish a sound and sustainable
funding base are needed. The ECF model meets these criteria.
